Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at tdavis@txpetinv.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our discretion, replace the affected item or issue a refund.
Nature of research products
Because our products are sensitive research materials, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened products may be eligible for return at our discretion if requested within 7 days of delivery; return shipping may be the buyer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable items
Custom-labeled, custom-formulated, clearance, and special-order items are non-returnable. Service fees (such as labeling, processing, and shipping) are non-refundable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to start a claim
Email tdavis@txpetinv.com with your order number and details. Do not return any item without prior authorization.
