Shipping Policy

Processing and handling
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before our daily cutoff may ship the same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping methods and cold chain
We ship from the United States using reputable carriers. Where appropriate, products are shipped with cold-chain packaging to preserve integrity. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer; reshipment may incur additional charges.
Delays and tracking

International orders
Where international shipping is offered, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with the destination country's laws.
